Summer Saturdays
with Lighthouse Gin

The last session of summer!
Settle in at our cottage for a leisurely summer afternoon under the trees. Join us this Saturday 21st March from 2-7pm for refreshing Lighthouse Gin & Tonics, wood-fired pizzas and chilled summer tunes. DJ Takas will be there spinning some laid-back beats to set the scene for our last Saturday session of the summer, don’t miss it!
Stretch out on a bean bag in the shade or claim a sunny spot on the cottage veranda, G&T in hand.
No bookings required, just turn up and unwind.
The Runholder Restaurant & Tasting Room will be open as normal from 11am.
Toast Martinborough

After the incredible response to our event last November, The Runholder Presents: A Boutique Festival of Wine, Gin, Food & Music, we are excited to announce the event you loved now is returning on Saturday 14th November 2026, and becomes the new era of Toast Martinborough - New Zealand’s most iconic and much-loved celebration of wine, food & music among the vines.
Toast Martinborough will now be hosted at The Runholder, creating a vibrant, centrally curated festival experience while continuing to showcase the very best of the region. While the setting evolves, the heart of the event remains unchanged – local wineries, exceptional food and outstanding live music will continue to define the Toast Martinborough experience.
