We host a small number of weddings each year for up to 120 guests.
Defined by striking architectural design, The Runholder restaurant provides an elegant, light-filled space for hosting your guests, while the Te Kairanga Cottage and surrounding gardens offer a secluded and intimate setting for your ceremony, or our spacious tasting room is the perfect all weather option.
From the sweeping vistas of Martinborough’s rolling countryside to the atmosphere of our underground barrel hall and vineyard surrounds, every detail has been designed to create timeless wedding experience.
Wedding Packages
Outstanding Wairarapa cuisine, award-winning wine and gin, and professional events management.
Package options extend from holding your reception only to the addition of your ceremony in our Te Kairanga Cottage Gardens or The Runholder Tasting Room.
Full venue hire includes wedding coordination, ceremony and reception furniture, table linen, flatware, glassware, speakers, set up and pack-down, professional bar and wait staff.
Begin your celebrations with Lighthouse Gin, distilled on site, before indulging in a thoughtfully curated menu showcasing the finest Wairarapa produce, expertly paired with the distinguished wines of Te Kairanga and Martinborough Vineyard.
We offer family style dining with the option to add elegant canapés, late night snacks and bridal party hampers.
