The Runholder is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible way.

We collect information from you:

- When you make a booking
- When you visit our restaurant
- When you make an enquiry
- When you are interested in working with us
- When you sign up to marketing emails

You will be asked to submit personal information including name, email address, phone number, company name, dietary requirements and marketing preferences when you make a booking or visit our restaurant. We collect this information so we can fulfil your booking request so you may dine at our venue and so we can send you communications about your booking and other marketing and promotional emails from The Foley Wine Club in accordance with The Foley Wine Club’s Privacy Policy. We also collect your current and past order information to facilitate our loyalty programme so you can earn loyalty points and to create a profile of your interests and preferences to improve our service to you and so we can send marketing communications that are relevant to you. We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent. You can change your marketing preferences at any time by contacting us at marketing@foleywines.co.nz

When you access our website, there is device information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by us. This includes device type, cookies, operating system, IP address, browser type, browser information, domain names, access times, settings, referring website addresses and generic location.

You may submit your CV if you’re interested in working for us by email. This may include personal details, employment details, education, salary history, and other relevant details. We will include this information to assess your application. We may also keep it in our records for future job opportunities. Please get in contact if you would no longer like us to hold your records at HR@foleywines.co.nz.  

We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties. Any personal information we request from you will be safeguarded under current legislation. We will only share this information with companies if necessary to deliver services on our behalf. For example service providers (e.g. NowBookIt, Lightspeed, Marsello, Shopify), third-party payment processors and other third parties required to provide our service.
