Lighthouse is one of New Zealand’s oldest craft gins. Inspired by the spectacular Cape Palliser Lighthouse on the southernmost tip of the North Island, Lighthouse Gin is twice distilled with nine botanicals and pure water that journeys from the Remutaka Range, emerging at a spring at Palliser Bay.
A recipe perfected over many years, we still hand zest the Yen Ben lemons and navel oranges. We still collect pure, natural spring water from the Remutakas. We still handcraft our gin in Martinborough. We don’t cut corners.
