Terms & Conditions
Tickets are non-refundable. However, in the unlikely event that The Runholder Presents is cancelled, and the festival is not rescheduled, tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.
Anyone showing signs of intoxication on arrival at the festival will be refused entry and no festival wristband given. If you show signs of intoxication during the festival, you will be asked to leave or be refused entry to the festival site. Look after your group, drink plenty of water and pace yourself.
Wine and food can be purchased on site using only Eftpos, Direct Debit or Credit Cards in New Zealand Dollars. The Runholder Presents is a cashless event.
Festivalgoers receive a festival glass (Spiegelau) upon redeeming their ticket at the site entrance. Festivalgoers must present their festival glass to purchase alcohol once on-site. If you lose or break your festival glass, you will need to purchase another one for $10 to be able to continue purchasing alcohol on-site.
By attending The Runholder Presents, you grant permission for The Runholder to use any photography and videography taken during the festival for marketing and promotional purposes. Your support helps us share the joy of the event with a wider audience. Thank you for being part of our community!
Terms of entry
If you are asked to present ID at The Runholder Presents, legally acceptable forms of ID are:
Current Hospitality NZ 18+ Card
Current New Zealand Driver Licence
Current passport.
Under the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012:
Intoxicated persons will be refused entry to the festival site.
Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol.
Spot checks of bags may be undertaken at the entry and exit points to the festival site.
Unauthorised food and drink will be confiscated.
Alcohol cannot be taken in to or out of the festival site.
Alcohol is not permitted on buses.
Conditions of behaviour
The Runholder Presents is strictly an R18 event. If you are under the age of 18 years of age, you will not be granted access into the festival. If we are unsure of your age, you will be asked for identification and if you are unable to provide identification you will be refused entry.
Bags will be searched on entry the festival site. Any unauthorised food and drink will be confiscated, as well as:
Illicit Drugs or illegal substances
Alcohol
Fireworks
Weapons
Lasers
Any forms of glass, including glass containers and/or drinking vessels, other than your allocated festival wine glass
BBQs or gas cookers of any description (this includes candles or naked flames)
Inappropriate drinking apparatuses, such as funnels or beer bongs
Material to construct fires or weapons
Other dangerous items
The Runholder Presents will not tolerate any of the following:
Anti-social or threatening behaviour to other event attendees or staff.
Gang patches or gang paraphernalia will not be allowed into the event.
Misrepresentation as a member of staff or security or attempt to enter restricted areas.
Construction or attempts to do so of any form of fire, bonfire or naked flame.
Use of illicit drugs or illegal substances.
Participating in dangerous activities such as aggressive dancing, stage diving, crowd surfing or climbing may result in denial of entry, immediate ejection, or referral to New Zealand Police if deemed.
Tranzit Coachlines
Cancellations required before 3.00pm Thursday 13 November 2025. Applies to bus transport cancellation only.
Cancellation fee of $10.00 per person applies.
No alcohol or smoking is permitted on the bus.
Intoxicated persons will be refused entry onto the bus.
Toilets are not available on the bus, please make use of the facilities before boarding the bus as out of respect for the other passengers there are no toilet stops.
Consumption of hot food will not be permitted on board.
Tranzit cannot be held responsible for any ‘Passengers’ left behind at the end of the festival; this responsibility falls on the individual. Departure times are stated and need to be adhered too.
Tranzit cannot be held responsible for the theft of 'Passengers' personal property or personal property left behind on the vehicle.
The ‘Passenger’ will be responsible for meeting any costs of repairing damage to the vehicle or cleaning the vehicle as a result of the conduct and actions of the ‘Passenger’.
If travelling with friends, please note that you may not be on board the same bus. We will have multiple buses travelling to the festival with multiple pick ups. We suggest arriving together at your pickup location in plenty of time to board the same bus.
Terms apply to fare paying passengers only. Separate terms apply for charter customers/passengers.

iTICKET
Tickets are sold by iTICKET.CO.NZ Limited (iTICKET) as the agent for those who are promoting or otherwise providing the event ("Promoter") for which tickets are sold. The purchase of tickets is subject to the following conditions:
1.General
These terms apply to you, the purchaser, along with any ticket holder using a ticket purchased by you.
All claims and complaints are the sole responsibility of the Promoter.
You agree to all New Zealand Government mandates around requirements for events, if any.
Unless otherwise required by law, tickets are non-refundable where any ticket holder fails to, or is unable to comply with New Zealand Government mandates.
2. Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in accordance with the applicable laws in the jurisdiction of purchase. If a refund is required by law, liability is limited to the full transaction amount you originally paid minus any booking, ticket, delivery or transaction fees. Any donations or contributions paid as part of a transaction are non-refundable.
iTICKET reserves the right to charge a fee for the replacement of ALLOCATED (seated) tickets or GENERAL ADMISSION tickets.
3. Funds management
Funds from transactions processed via iTICKET's credit card merchant account (or any other payment method where the funds are received by iTICKET), are held in trust until settlement with the Promoter, usually at the conclusion of the event. Transactions utilising iTICKET's credit card merchant account are clearly identified by the iTICKET logo next to the credit card form prior to confirming purchase.
Funds from transactions processed via a Promoter's own credit card merchant account go directly to the Promoter, and iTICKET is therefore not responsible for any refunds that may be required. 4. Promoter conditions of entry
You agree to any additional terms and conditions of purchase and entry that may be set by the Promoter and/or the Venue for the event. Where a conflict exists between these terms and any additional Promoter and/or Venue terms, the Promoter and/or Venue terms will apply.Cameras and video recorders (film, digital or otherwise), audiotape recorders and all other recording devices may be prohibited at the event.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission with reasonable cause. Late arrivals may be prevented from admission until a suitable break in the programme, if any.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission if valid identification for concession tickets is not provided.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission where tickets are lost or damaged, or tickets are not purchased through iTICKET or other authorised points of sale.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, replace or substitute artists, or amend the programme, prices and/or seating arrangements.
5. Marketing and Data Privacy
Your personal information is held by iTICKET, the Promoter and/or the Venue whose event you are booking tickets to. It will not be sold or passed on to any other party unless you have given the express consent to do so by opting in to hear from them. If you have opted to receive news on upcoming events from iTICKET when creating your account with us, you will be sent regular iTICKET email newsletters and can opt out of these at any time. Reselling or distributing tickets purchased on our website without the express permission of iTICKET is prohibited.
If you wish to close your iTICKET account and have us delete any personal data stored against your purchase history, simply email our team on support@iticket.co.nz to make this request and we will do so, provided the erasure does not contravene any applicable laws. iTICKET PayPlan Terms and Conditions
1. General
Certain events may offer an iTICKET PayPlan payment option, allowing you to pay an initial deposit and complete the remainder of your payment through a set number of subsequent instalments.
The iTICKET PayPlan option is available exclusively for online ticket purchases and is not applicable to other sales channels.
The purchase of tickets using iTICKET PayPlan is subject to these terms and conditions, which apply in addition to iTICKET’s General Terms and Conditions
iTICKET reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will be available on the iTICKET website.
2. Payment Terms
iTICKET may charge a non-refundable setup fee for each iTICKET PayPlan order.
The payment schedule, including the deposit amount and subsequent instalments, will be determined based on the time remaining between the date of purchase and the event date. The customer will have the ability to select an available payment plan option.
Available instalment frequency options may include:
Weekly
Fortnightly
Monthly
Instalments will be divided equally across the chosen frequency, except for rounding adjustments, which may be applied to the final payment.
A valid credit card is required to use iTICKET PayPlan. The card used for the initial deposit payment will be securely tokenised and stored by iTICKET’s third-party payment processor.
The initial deposit, which may be a percentage of the order total or a fixed amount, plus all related fees, is charged at the time of purchase. All subsequent instalments will be automatically charged to the stored payment method according to the agreed schedule.
3. Payment Failures and Cancellations
If a scheduled instalment payment fails, iTICKET reserves the right to attempt reprocessing the payment.
If full payment is not received by the final due date, or after multiple unsuccessful payment attempts, iTICKET reserves the right to cancel the order and release the tickets for resale.
In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, any instalments paid to date will be refunded, less the non-refundable deposit and applicable fees.
4. Ticket Ownership and Issuance
Tickets purchased through iTICKET PayPlan remain the property of iTICKET until full payment has been received, including any related fees.
Tickets will not be issued until the total payment obligation has been fulfilled.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
All deposits and related fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, as they cover costs associated with processing the order.
Tickets purchased via iTICKET PayPlan cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except as required by law.
Any refunds required by law will be limited to the amount paid to date, excluding any non-refundable fees.
6. Communications
Customers may receive communications regarding their iTICKET PayPlan payments and schedule from both iTICKET and/or its third-party payment processor, including Stripe.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the email address and payment details provided remain valid throughout the duration of the payment plan.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a purchase using iTICKET PayPlan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Your continued use of this service constitutes express acceptance of these terms.

iTICKET Afterpay Terms and Conditions
1. General
Certain events may offer a Afterpay payment option, allowing you to receive your tickets immediately while spreading the total cost over a series of automatic interest-free payments.
The Afterpay payment option is provided by Afterpay and is subject to both Afterpay’s terms and conditions and these iTICKET terms.
The Afterpay option is available exclusively for online ticket purchases and is not applicable to other sales channels.
iTICKET reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will be available on the iTICKET website.
2. Payment Terms
Your order is processed, and tickets are issued as soon as the first payment has been made and your payment schedule is confirmed.
The initial payment is due at the time of purchase, with the remaining balance divided into equal automatic payments as determined by Afterpay based on the original purchase date.
Available instalment frequency and payment schedules are determined by Afterpay at checkout.
Afterpay services are available only to New Zealand residents over the age of 18 with a valid debit or credit card.
iTICKET charges a percentage-based transaction and administration fee for all purchases made via 'Buy Now, Pay Later.' This fee is included in the total price displayed at checkout.
3. Payment Failures and Cancellations
Payment obligations, including failed payment handling, are managed by Afterpay in accordance with their terms and conditions.
If payments are not made as scheduled, Afterpay may charge late fees and take further actions per their policies
iTICKET is not responsible for any consequences resulting from missed payments or failed transactions managed by Afterpay.

Tickets purchased through Afterpay remain the property of iTICKET until full payment has been received, including any related fees.
Tickets will be issued immediately upon confirmation of the first payment.
